Notes: An ex-Longmoor Military Railway locomotive, it was given the name 'Insein' after a region of Burma. Following military service, the locomotive was purchased from the Army in 1959 by Hunslet Ltd. for rebuilding. Rebuilt in 1962 and given the new works number 3879, the locomotive was sold to the NCB. It was named 'Haulwen' in NCB service in honour of the Mountain Ash colliery manager's granddaughter. The locomotive was purchased for preservation by the Caerphilly Railway Society and was subsequently brought to the Gwili Railway, where it is the mainstay of the steam fleet.
