All tickets booked pre-lockdown will be honoured for future dining trains, Cream Teas, Driver Experience Days. All tickets will be moved to a date of your choice. If this is not possible we will refund when we are open and can access the payment systems. Our ticket clerk and the dining/group booking teams will contact you and discuss your preferred choice.
